Biography

Dr. Todd Winters is Dean of the College of Agriculture & Applied Sciences at the University of Tennessee at Martin, and a Professor of Animal Science. Dr. Winters lectures in animal genetics, reproduction, dairy production, and international agriculture. His research in nutritional/reproductive endocrinology and biotechnology has resulted in patents, publications, and presentations around the world. In recent years, he has been interested in the scholarship of teaching and learning and international agriculture. Dr. Winters is also Past-President of the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture and the Non-Land-Grant Agricultural and Renewable Resources Universities. He is a Fellow in the Food Systems Leadership Institute and Past-Board & Program Chair of the LEAD21 National Agricultural Leadership Program, He also serves on the National Board of Directors of the Charles V. Riley Memorial Foundation and Alpha Gamma Rho Agricultural Fraternity.
