Biography

More than 20+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, technical writing, grant writing and management, intelligence analysis, grant writing, multimedia marketing, public relations, project management, strategic planning, economic and event planning, and budget development/analysis.

US Army veteran with over eight years of experience in the military intelligence field and more than ten years of successful recruiting for Cadet Command.

Formulated procedures, policies, and guidelines for programs as a municipal employee and developed alternative strategies for programs based on analysis and research for a variety of programs, as the former City of Richmond Hill, Georgia Councilman.

Found great success in cultivating positive relationships with business, state governmental, and nonprofit agencies, as well as other local community leaders to develop effective strategic, organizational, and program goals. Able to effectively solicit, manage, and implement economic opportunities through grant writing, award designation, and fund development.
