Biography
Beyond his economics background, Chuck served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica's Community Economic Development program (2010-2013), worked in extension with the University of Tennessee's Center for Profitable Agriculture (2015-2018), and conducted food market research with the USDA's Economic Research Service (2024-2025).
